Sometimes all it takes is a few stretches or deep breaths to reduce stress or feel energized. But even that takes some doing.  A year ago we implemented an office yoga program led by LSIC’s Ananda Leeke, a yoga teacher and Reiki healing practitioner. As we embark on our second year, we’re feeling great!
